STAY CONSISTENT!

I’ve been training on and off for 15 years, and honestly, it comes down to two things: consistency and putting in the work every day. If I’m not sore, I’m back at it—any muscle, any time. Just show up, keep pushing a little more each week, and the results will follow.
I’m not a certified trainer—just keeping it real about what’s worked for me. And I’m not saying to skip diets or supplements; honestly, I encourage them if you want the best results. I just haven’t mastered that side myself yet, but my goal is to get on one. For now, I focus on showing up and putting in the work, because this routine delivers every time. Stick with it, and you’ll see results too!
